Napoli salami is prepared from fine pork cuts such as coppa, shoulder, loin and pork belly. It is smoked and matured for at least 30 days. The appearance of Napoli salami is that of a medium-grained salami with an elongated shape, dark red in colour. It has smoky notes with strong spicy hints in the background and a typical product of Campania which is consumed at the table as an appetizer.
